Senior Pastor

We are prayerfully seeking an experienced Pastor to lead our congregation in a season of outreach, missional focus and faithful ministry. We are striving to reframe our Vision of gathering, growing and going in the name of Christ to guide others into a flourishing relationship with Him.

The Role

As the Senior Pastor, you will provide spiritual oversight, pastoral care, and strategic leadership, working collaboratively with the church Elders, ministry leaders and the congregation to respond to the opportunities of a suburban setting.

• Preach and teach the Word faithfully.
• Lead the church with vision, discernment, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
• Raise and develop emerging leaders and co-workers with cultural sensitivity across generations.
• Equip members in their spiritual gifts and disciple-making.
• Oversee our staff team.

You

To fulfil the above role, it is expected that you would be able to demonstrate:

• Lead with spiritual maturity, humility, and emotional intelligence, modelling Christ-like character.
• Strong, self‑motivated leader who can impart vision and direction
• Experience in guiding churches and the capacity to build, rather than merely maintain, the church through seasons of transition or renewal, with patience and discernment.
• Established preaching and teaching experience, offering biblically grounded, thoughtful, and pastorally wise ministry.
• A skilled communicator who can relate and build meaningful relationships within both the church and the wider community.
• The capacity to provide pastoral care with warmth, wisdom, and emotional maturity.
