Springwood Church of Christ is seeking a passionate and committed Associate Minister to lead and grow our established youth and young adult ministries, including Friday night youth, Sunday evening services and outreach into local schools.

We’re looking for someone who loves Jesus and young people, and is passionate about creating places of belonging where emerging generations can grow in faith and be discipled. The successful applicant will be a relational and effective leader who can encourage and equip volunteer teams, walk alongside young people and their families, and help them discover what it means to follow Jesus in everyday life.

The successful applicant will hold (or be working towards) recognised theological qualifications, demonstrate mature Christian character and bring strong interpersonal and leadership skills, a heart for discipleship, and a commitment to God’s Word.

The position is available part-time to full-time, with a preferred commencement in January 2027.
